Toastmaster.io provides AI-powered writing services, including but not limited to eulogies, obituaries, wedding speeches, and wedding vows, as well as memorial website hosting. The Service generates written content based on the information you submit. Memorial websites allow you to create and share a dedicated online tribute, including text, photos, and visitor contributions. Generated content is intended for personal use and guidance only. You acknowledge that the Service relies on artificial intelligence and that output may vary in quality, accuracy, or tone and may require your review and editing before use.
Pricing and Payment
Access to AI-generated text services requires a one-time payment of $49.95 USD per purchase, unless otherwise stated. Memorial website hosting is available through subscription plans (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime payment, with current pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment processor. Toastmaster does not store or have access to your full payment details. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fee at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase, you agree to the Refund Policy as published on the Website.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service or its AI systems, generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringing, or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or generated content without prior written permission. AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toastmaster and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Termination
