Vicki Lynn Braeger – December 5, 1955 – September 6, 2026
Vicki Lynn Braeger, of Red Bluff, California, passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on December 5, 1955, in Berkeley, California, she lived a life marked by hard work, honesty, and a wit all her own. In the mid-1980s, Vicki saw an opportunity to bring joy to others as they planned birthday parties and weddings, and so she brought a dream to life by opening Little Party Helper. She spent most of her career in retail, working in everything from hardware stores to clothing shops, often lending her skills to the bookkeeping side of the many mom-and-pop businesses she called home over the years. Vicki was a straight shooter who never hesitated to say what was on her mind. Her sense of humor was dry, a trait she inherited from her father, and not everyone caught her jokes. She loved music and would happily share her knowledge with anyone willing to listen. In her free time, she enjoyed Bingo, playing the slot machines, and following NASCAR, keeping up with every race and season. Vicki was preceded in death by her father, P. Ralph Campbell, and her mother, Margaret Ann Campbell. She is survived by her son, Gregory Alan Braeger; her daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Cerrillo; her four grandchildren, Angelo, Yesenia, Natalia, and Daniel; and her first great-grandson, Angelo Junior, lovingly known as AJ. A small gathering to say goodbye and honor her memory will be held on September 26th at 2:00 p.m. at 19955 Live Oak Road, Red Bluff, California. May she rest in the peace and grace of God.
