Patrick Maanum, age 65, of Isle, Minnesota, passed away on May 28, 2026. Born on February 23, 1961, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Patrick lived a life marked by quiet devotion to family, a love of the outdoors, and a steady, generous spirit that touched all who knew him. Patrick spent much of his life in Minnesota, a state whose lakes, forests, and wide open spaces shaped the man he became. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, finding deep fulfillment in the rhythms of the natural world. Whether casting a line on a still morning or walking through the woods at dawn, Patrick was most at home in the places where land met water and the world grew quiet. These pursuits were more than hobbies for him; they were a way of life, and he cherished every opportunity to share them with family and friends. Above all, Patrick was a devoted father and a loving brother. He will be deeply missed by his two sons, Matthew Maanum and Jeremiah Maanum, as well as his brother, Terry Maanum, along with extended family and many dear friends who were fortunate to know him. A man of faith, Patrick found comfort and strength in his Christian beliefs throughout his life. May he now rest in the eternal peace and grace of God's presence. A memorial service celebrating Patrick's life will be held on June 7, 2026, at the Isle, Minnesota funeral home. Family and friends are welcome to gather in remembrance of a man who lived simply, loved deeply, and left the world a better place than he found it.
