Toastmaster offers a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase.

After fourteen (14) calendar days, purchases are non-refundable except where our Terms of Service or mandatory law provide otherwise (for example early-termination refunds on subscription plans).

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our guarantee matches this window, so simply email us within 14 days and you will be refunded in full. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, which we provide on request.

Once a refund is issued, access to the content will be revoked.
